The History of Domestic Institutes
In 2001, Dr. J.L. Cook started teaching students in China Grove, NC the Word of God. The first year he had nine students. Each year after the institute grew significantly. Dr. Cook had a heart for spreading God’s Word to as many people as possible so he asked other churches if they would like to have an institution at their location. This began the growth of NCCT/NCBI. Today we are in many churches in the United States. Students are learning the Word of God from their Pastor using the curriculum provided. Dr. Cook’s vision has impacted thousands of people to grow deeper into the Bible. We continue his vision today reaching students that otherwise would not have the opportunity to attend a college.
